C’mon Prime Timers! Cowboy Up, grab your cowboy hat, sunscreen, and mask (for indoor spaces) and join us for a trip to the Empire Ranch on Friday, April 8! Now overseen by the Bureau of Land Management, it has been a working cattle ranch since the 1860s. It has also been the site of numerous movies, such as “Gunfight at the OK Corral” (1957).

We will meet at TVLC at 9:00am for the one-hour drive to the ranch, where we will have a docent led tour beginning at 10:30. There is no charge for the ranch tour.

Email Phoebe Coleman at to make your reservation.
